Luciano Barbera

Around 1949, Carlo Barbera was a well respected textile designer who found the opportunity to produce some of the highest quality fabrics in Italy after acquiring a wool mill. Then in 1970, his eldest son, Luciano, sought to utilize the foundation his father laid out by creating a collection of clothing with exquisite color combinations and thoughtful construction which birthed his namesake label that we now know and love. At the time, they were pioneers in the Italian fashion space by being one of the first brands to have a full lifestyle collection. Luciano Barbera continues to offer its ultra-luxury garments to the world as a family-ran business with a wide assortment of pieces to choose from that is still entirely produced in Italy from start to finish.
